JAVirc Licence Agreement

JAVirc Version 2.4 and upper is a shareware. A version not registered
can be downloaded, installed and tested without restriction except that
users will be disconnected after 5 minutes.
If you decide to use this software, please register your copy.
Your registration will licence you to use JAVirc, will support work on 
future versions, new features, bug fixes, and will provide you with 
technical support via email.

JAVirc is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express
or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particulat purpose. In no event
shall the use of JAVirc be liable for any damages whatsoever including
direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits
or special damages.

How to register

The current registration amount is US$50  for a non commercial usage
 of JAVirc or US$100 for a commercial usage.

The registration can be done online on http://www.javirc.com or
by sending a US personal check or money/postal order in my name to:

Please make sure to include your full name, postal address and email
address with your letter.

Once i receive your registration, i will send you an email to confirm
your registration. If you have submitted a registration and haven't
received a reply, you can email me at patrick@ducrot.org to check up
on the status of your registration.
